Overview

Our work in Core Neighbourhoods is at the very heart of Stockport Neighbourhood Care. Services will be offered seven days a week to help people remain healthy and build independence. The aim is that the “right care is delivered to the right people at the right time”.

Provide care in patients’ homes as well as residential homes caring for patients with complex needs and support carers. Work with the Community Nurses and other multidisciplinary teams with the support of Mastercall GPs to provide a first class service to the residents of Stockport.

We are looking for a flexible, innovative practitioner with a variety of clinical skills.

The post holder should have good organisational and assessment skills, be flexible and willing to cover the service between 08:00 and 18:00 over a 7 day period.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across Stockport and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. Where possible, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act.
