- Multi-agency teams to undertake targeted work with children subject to Child Protection planning
- Co-location with our Early Help colleagues
- Co-location with Police colleagues
- Teams supporting social work practice including:
Edge of Care teams, Family Group Conference co-ordinators, Lifelong Links, Complex Safeguarding Hub and Missing from Home service

About the Candidate
- A qualified, registered Social Worker
- Be available for an in-person interview
- You hold a full UK Drivers Licence
