Responsibilities- Providing frontline support to residents.
- Assisting with tenancy queries.
- Signposting residents to relevant services.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Helping create a safe, supportive environment.
This is a part‑time position offering between 17 and 25 hours per week, with a salary of £24,000‑£26,000 per annum (pro‑rata), depending on experience and hours worked.
Qualifications- Experience working within social housing, support work, or a similar community‑focused environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents.
- A compassionate, proactive approach to supporting individuals with varied needs.
- Good organisational skills and confidence in managing administrative tasks.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- A genuine passion for improving resident wellbeing and housing outcomes.
- A supportive and values‑driven workplace.
