Responsibilities
  • Providing frontline support to residents.
  • Assisting with tenancy queries.
  • Signposting residents to relevant services.

This is a part‑time position offering between 17 and 25 hours per week, with a salary of £24,000‑£26,000 per annum (pro‑rata), depending on experience and hours worked.

Qualifications
  • Experience working within social housing, support work, or a similar community‑focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents.
  • A compassionate, proactive approach to supporting individuals with varied needs.
  • Good organisational skills and confidence in managing administrative tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • A genuine passion for improving resident wellbeing and housing outcomes.
