• Provide emotional, practical, and advocacy support to vulnerable adults
• Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns
• Ensure the rights of adults at risk are protected

• Social Work Qualification (Degree / DipSW / CQSW or equivalent)
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Experience in Adult Safeguarding or community care
