Senior Independent Living CoordinatorGreater Manchester Temporary - 3 months initially with the potential for extension £17 - £18 per hour Umbrella Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Senior Independent Living Coordinator to work with our client in the Greater Manchester area. This is a temporary contract initially for 3 months but with the potential for extension and involves providing supervisor support to 4 additional services in Manchester.

As a Senior Independent Living Coordinator you will be responsible for;

• Providing day to day guidance and support to a team of Service Coordinators and supporting the Independent Living Manager when required.
• Providing an effective housing management service to customers property management, void management, tenancy and rent management and ASB.
• Engaging with customer to ensure independence is promoted and that they play an active part in their community and service delivery.
• Completing Independent Living Assessments and coordinating all support and care services, including referrals to and liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies such as GPs and Social Services
• Ensuring that all records, Independent Living Assessments and risk assessments are kept fully up to date and that general scheme record keeping is up to date and accurate.

Our client is looking for someone who could start as soon as possible, and an Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
