We build affordable new homes, work with partners to reduce homelessness and support people to reach their potential.

This role will help us to do this by working as part of a team within supported housing and outreach services in Greater Manchester, providing high quality, personalised housing‑related support and enablement support to young adult clients.

• Develop partnership with clients, partner agents and families, and individualised support packages

• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and developments relating to all clients including people with ADHD and ASD, and people with substance mis‑use issues
• Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety procedures and tenancy management
• Experience of working in a supported housing environment or relevant social care setting
• Experience working with complex support needs
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, numerical, IT, interpersonal)
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with all clients, their families, colleagues and partner agents
