• UK-qualified in joinery (NVQ or equivalent) or if all round builder must be time served with good all round building knowledge
• Skilled in all building work and able to work across various aspects of residential construction
• Must have own tools (basic hand and power tools larger tools will be made available)
• Experienced in roofing a plus
• Kitchen installs, doors, stud walls, boarding, skirts and arcs, mastic works •. Full UK driving licence (essential
• Minimum age 21 (for vehicle insurance purposes)
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
