• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to reactive maintenance call-outs
• Servicing commercial plumbing and mechanical systems
• Fault finding and carrying out repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining strong client relationships on site

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working in commercial environments (offices, retail, industrial, etc.)
• Relevant plumbing/mechanical qualifications
• Full UK driving licence

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing commercial maintenance team covering Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role focused on service, maintenance, and reactive works across commercial properties.
