You will be qualified to level 2 NVQ as a minimum and have previous experience in social housing. The work is on both void and tenanted properties and a van and fuel card will be provided. You will have excellent customer facing skills and have experience in using a PDA. 37 hour week, Mon-Fri with a guaranteed 3 months initially. A DBS will have to be processed for this role.
