• Based in Manchester, this is an exciting opportunity for an HGV Mechanic / Technician / Fitter to join a modern, well-resourced workshop within a highly respected national organisation.
• Carry out inspections, routine servicing, repairs, and testing of vehicles professionally and safely.
• Investigate and diagnose faults, provide accurate reporting, and complete repairs to current manufacturer standards.
• Knowledge of cranes, hydraulics, tippers, tipper grabs, or beaver tails is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
• Work as part of a supportive team within the Manchester workshop, ensuring vehicles are back on the road quickly and safely.

• Ideally qualified in vehicle maintenance, though time-served mechanics are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical and product knowledge.
• Excellent diagnostic and computer skills.
• A proactive approach to supporting the busy Manchester depot.
