Fabric Maintenance Joiners - Building Services Maintenance - Door to Door, Overtime + Vehicle + Package

• Recruited for 2 Fabric Maintenance Joiners to work in the Service and Maintenance team.
• Roles based around the Manchester area with travel to client sites daily within a 20-mile radius.
• Van and tools provided for weekly checks and onsite repairs; buddying with other engineers as needed.
• Performing PPMs, repairs, and call outs; on-call rota 1 in 5 across the region.

• Salary up to £40,000 OTE £50,000 with overtime and door-to-door travel.
• 40-hour week – door-to-door.
• On-call payment – £145 per week.
• Overtime time weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Fully paid sick pay;
  Private Pension;
  Van.

• Experience in repairing various buildings – Essential.
• Trade background and Health and Safety knowledge – Essential.
• C&G or NVQ level 2 or above – Desirable.
• Full Driving Licence – Clean is Desirable.
• CRB Check – Essential.

This role would suit someone who has worked within Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisations, or within other industries.
