• Handling queries and assigning jobs efficiently

• Ensuring maintenance is processed on time
• Communicating daily with contractors
• Challenging unnecessary call-outs
• Collaborating with site managers and engineers
• Working to meet business KPIs
• Maintaining professionalism at all times
