HVAC Engineer – M13 – £37,000 – £42,000

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000

Hours:

Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified HVAC Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on HVAC and air conditioning systems

* Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns

* Working on AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems, and ventilation equipment

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

* Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required

* Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:

* Fully qualified HVAC Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

* F-Gas Cat 1 (essential)

* Experience with in a commercial building or facilities management environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
