Position Summary
Title: Maintenance Technician Joiner Dual Trade
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £36,131 per annum
Grade: DM Tech 05
Reporting Office: Trafford, Manchester
Persona: Mobile - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required
Closing Date: 27th January at 11pm
Interview Date: Wednesday 4th February at our office in Stretford
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith duties, bathroom sub‑floors, bath panels, framework kitchen repairs/refits and other general maintenance repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver a right‑first‑time service, limiting follow‑ups and increasing satisfaction.
- Provide out‑of‑hours cover on rota; extra pay will be provided for out‑of‑hours work.
- NVQ Level 2 or formal apprenticeship or equivalent experience and experience as a joiner.
- Trade qualification, knowledge and experience.
- Experience gained within a maintenance environment.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- ‘Right first‑time’ approach.
- Health and safety conscious.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
Dual trade skills. - Manual full driving licence.
- Own hand tools (power tools are provided).
