About the Role
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, family‑run maintenance and compliance provider working across local authority, education, retail and private sectors. They’re looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Joiner/Technician to deliver high‑quality reactive and planned works while acting as the friendly, professional face of the business on site.
Hours:
40‑hour week, Mon to Fri
- NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction trade (desirable)
- Experience in FM, retail or public buildings (desirable)
- Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive works
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
- Competitive salary with overtime & standby payments (door‑to‑door callouts)
- 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)
- Company vehicle, PDA, uniform & PPE provided
