We are currently recruiting for an experienced Permanent Plumber to join a well-established client based in Manchester, delivering high-quality office fit-out projects across the North West.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities
Installation of hot and cold water systems within commercial buildings
Installation of above-ground drainage systems
Installation of commercial washrooms and shower facilities
Installation of heating systems, including gas boilers and ASHPs
Interpreting drawings, marking up, and setting out pipework and equipment
Ensuring compliance with company health & safety policies and safe working practices

Requirements
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or above)
Valid CSCS Skills Card (Plumbing or HVAC)
Water Regulations Certificate
Proven experience working in commercial environments
5–10+ years’ experience working as a Commercial Plumber
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive individual who can use their own initiative
