Location: Prestwich
Location: M25 Corridor (Covering 25 Commercial Buildings)
Salary: Initial rate is £25 per hour, £45,000 on a permanent basis (potentially offered following 3 month temporary period).
Contract Type: Temporary to permanent
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday–Friday
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Van Mobile Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of 25 commercial buildings along the M25 corridor. This is a mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites.
What You’ll Be Doing- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial building systems
- Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting through Elogbooks (CAFM system)
- Supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Company van + fuel card
- Company tools and any required specialist equipment
- Mobile phone
- Full access to our CAFM system (Elogbooks)
- Supportive team and well‑organised workload
- Qualified plumber or mechanical engineer
- Experience in commercial maintenance
- Strong fault‑finding skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- Good communication and CAFM reporting skills
