At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and our Gas Engineers are key to making this happen.

Due to internal progression, we are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Gas Qualifying Supervisor, our Gas Engineers provide assist with the maintenance service and upkeep of the Group’s properties specifically in relation to the annual gas servicing, breakdown, and installation of heating systems.

In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.

What do our Gas Engineers do

Install and upgrade domestic heating systems in accordance with business schedules and budgets.
Carry out the servicing of domestic heating systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in domestic heating and plumbing systems and renew heating and plumbing fittings.
Issue certificates for gas works in line with legislation and the Group’s policy and procedures, advising the manager of any problems or issues.
