We’re looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Multi‑Skilled Joiner to join our Property Services team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).
If you’re a skilled joiner who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is confident working in occupied homes, this is a great opportunity to play a hands‑on role in maintaining safe, high‑quality homes for our customers.
About the RoleAs a Multi‑Skilled Joiner, you’ll deliver a responsive repairs and maintenance service across WCHG properties. Joinery will be your core trade, but you’ll also carry out a range of associated multi‑skilled repairs to support efficient service delivery and complete jobs right first time.
You’ll work independently and alongside other trades, liaising directly with tenants, completing work safely and professionally, and ensuring homes are left clean, secure and well‑presented.
