• Conduct on‑site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
• Use strong organisational skills to manage schedules and prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including manual handling and CSCS standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and communicate effectively with clients.
• Drive to various locations while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a valid driving licence.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Full driving licence.
• Confident manner with excellent operational and organisational skills.
• Competent, punctual, and able to troubleshoot low‑voltage electronics and IT equipment.
• Experience with reporting, time‑sheet and company paperwork.
• High standards for completed works.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work flexible hours with weekend rotation.
• Safe Pass and manual handling training (Can be arranged).
• Experience in installation of AV/IT hardware/software is a distinct advantage.
• Preferred:
  Field Service Engineer experience 1 year, CSCS card.
