This role involves servicing, maintaining, and installing CCTV and access control systems, primarily within commercial office environments across the Northwest.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of systems while delivering outstanding service to a portfolio of blue‑chip clients.
Responsibilities:- Servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding CCTV and access control systems
- Diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently
- Carrying out installations, upgrades, and system expansions
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and industry standards
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Knowledge of systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, Paxton, Gallagher, or similar (desirable)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, etc.)
- ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary up to £40,000 (door‑to‑door travel paid)
