• Electrical Periodic and Void testing, completing EICR's in various types of occupied / unoccupied properties
• Repairing and replacing electrical fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Carrying out duties in line with Liberty's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service and Performance Policies

• ECS Gold Card (graded at Installation/ Maintenance Level)
• AM2
• 18th Edition
• NVQ L3
• Testing and Inspection Certificate (2391 or equivalent)
• Driving licence
• Previous social housing experience (Desirable)
