We offer a competitive salary of £34,629 per year, plus an On‑Target Earnings (OTE) for working 40 hours per week. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Repair/renew/fit roofing trusses, hips and valleys, soffit fascia and barge boards; repair/renew ceiling, floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls; repair/renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling; repair/renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes; repair/replace/fit ironmongery to doors and windows; repair/renew timber and UPVC window frames; reglaze timber fencing and gates. Operate as a multi‑trade skilled operative capable of complete works in other construction trades including plumbing, patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling.

• Completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3) or equivalent.
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner, Plumber, or Plasterer and installing wet rooms and disabled adaptations.
• Competency in joinery and plumbing trade disciplines.
• Plastering trade discipline desirable.
• Ability to carry out multi‑skill trades; core joinery or plumbing experience working within a social housing environment desirable.
• Driving licence essential.
• Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and a set of their own tools.
