CUPRA

Specialist – Manchester

Salary £30,000 per annum

Position:
Permanent Full Time

Working hours:

Monday 10:00–17:00;
Tuesday–Saturday 09:00–18:00;
Sunday 10:00–16:00 (Pro Rota, Flexible Working Hours)

Responsibilities
  • Promote the CUPRA vehicles to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience in line with brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed lead and performance targets.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the CUPRA product ranges to support informed customer recommendations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Support the wider team in achieving overall business objectives.
  • Manage the Merchandise Stock on site.
  • Meet potential customers on the Stockport site to follow the customer journey.
  • Give exceptional VR experience to customers.
  • Host Speakeasies about the CUPRA vehicles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A strong customer-service ethos with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic) isn’t essential but preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and progress within the business.
