INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M41 7JQ
(FREE onsite parking)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Holidays: 25 days + statutory bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Your Role:
Build Strong Customer Relationships & Drive Growth

As an Internal Account Manager
, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with existing customers, re-engaging inactive accounts, and expanding product uptake. This role is ideal for a proactive and motivated individual looking to thrive in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers
  • Recommend additional product lines based on customer needs
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets through effective account management
  • Represent AVSL at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Accurately log customer interactions and sales progress
Who We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving targets
  • Experience or interest in AV, sound, or lighting (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales through proactive outreach
  • Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
