(FREE onsite parking)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Holidays: 25 days + statutory bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Your Role:Build Strong Customer Relationships & Drive Growth
As an Internal Account Manager
, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with existing customers, re-engaging inactive accounts, and expanding product uptake. This role is ideal for a proactive and motivated individual looking to thrive in sales and account management.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers
- Recommend additional product lines based on customer needs
- Work towards and exceed sales targets through effective account management
- Represent AVSL at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales progress
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving targets
- Experience or interest in AV, sound, or lighting (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales through proactive outreach
- Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
