  5‑day week (Saturday rota)
• Salary: £25,000 basic £40,000–£60,000 OTE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, family‑run car finance broker offering a supportive environment, strong earning potential, and clear career progression.

Automotive or car finance experience is strongly preferred for this position.

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls for car finance customers
• Managing customer applications from initial enquiry through to completion
• Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
• Working to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintaining accurate notes and progressing customers through internal systems

• Previous sales experience within the motor trade or car finance
• Strong communication skills and confidence over the phone
• A proactive and target‑driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
