Internal Sales Support Executive

The Internal Sales Support Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the UK Sales team to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing sales documentation and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent.

• Follow the Elcometer ‘Steps Of A Sale’ Process in all customer interactions.
• Process straightforward orders and elevate to the Internal Sales Executives, where required.
• Send email responses to re-order requests and elevate to Internal Sales Executives, where required.
• Follow up catalogue requests.
• Be responsible for internal administrative tasks.
• Add leads generated and web enquires to CRM system, allocating them to the appropriate Internal Sales Executive.
• Manage the follow up process for re-certification after purchase.
• Send follow up “thank you” emails, following receipt of ordered products.
• Provide holiday cover for the Internal Sales Executives.

• Experience with in a pro-active sales environment.

• CRM capabilities.
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Able to work in fast-paced and varied environment.
