Duties:

Warmly welcoming customers and providing professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit
Keeping customers informed about vehicle repair and maintenance progress
Developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
Promoting additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
Scheduling vehicle appointments effectively and accurately
Conducting pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address initial customer inquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records within management systems
Supporting the dealership’s sales and service goals through effective upselling and customer interaction
Contributing to a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance customer experience
Ability to identify customer needs and promote relevant services confidently
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Target-driven with a history of achieving sales or service objectives
Valid UK driving licence is essential
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and manufacturer specifications is preferred
