Account Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Manager to drive revenue and occupancy across a portfolio of retail destinations in the North West of England. This is a hands‑on role focused on turning under‑used retail space into vibrant, income‑generating environments, while building strong local business relationships and supporting independent and growing businesses to thrive.

• Deliver and exceed sales and occupancy targets
• Identify and secure new occupiers for vacant and promotional retail space
• Build strong partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage agreements through to completion
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective occupiers
• Attend networking events to generate leads and promote opportunities
• Analyse performance data and local market trends
• Collaborate closely with centre management teams
• Provide guidance on marketing initiatives, events, and visual merchandising
• Travel regularly across the North West region

• Proven sales experience within retail, leisure, or property
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and own transport

• Performance‑related bonus (£5k-£10k annually)
