Position: Sales Enablement Executive (Permanent)
Our client based in Manchester is looking for a Sales Enablement Executive to join their team. As a Sales Enablement Executive, you will support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in their final week of our clients sales training Academy. This is a vital part of the training process and ensures SDRs start their sales careers in the best possible way, building momentum, confidence and competence.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years of B2b Sales experience and have a passion for training and developing people.

Responsibility for the Sales Enablement Executive is:

* Creating, leading and evaluating roleplays with training delegates.

* Supporting training delegates making their first dials.

* Providing in-person feedback on roleplay and dial performance.

* Understanding customers sales tech stacks.

* Training delegates on customers sales tools.

* Making recommendations to customers on best-in-class sales tools.

* Supporting customers with new outbound sales teams implement processes and structures to accelerate delegate ramp-up time.

* Updating clients on delegates training progress throughout training.

* Providing updates to internal teams on delegates training progress.

* Supporting the creation of training materials for delegates training.

Experience required for the Sales Enablement Executive:

* 3+ years successful sales experience (preferably in an outbound, tech/SaaS role).

* Experienced user of CRMs (i.e. Hub Spot, Salesforce) data enrichment tools and broader prospecting tech stack.

* Passionate about developing early career sales professionals.

* Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.

* Liaising with various stakeholders to achieve consistent results.

* Proactive communicator with the ability to make sound decisions in fluid situations.

* High standard of written communication.

* Comfortable with flexibility in managing varied tasks and responsibilities.

* Strong time management skills.

Our client if offering a salary of between £to £for the Sales Enablement Executive role.

The Sales Enablement Executive role is office based Monday to Friday 9am till 17.30pm with an earlier finish on Fridays.
