Compensation: £30,000 / year

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales of our Industrial Lubrication products directly to industrial customers on site
  • Independent support in your local sales area - without overnight stays away from home
  • Establish and maintain long‑term customer relationships, being a key point of contact for clients
  • Continuous further training through practical training courses and team meetings
  • Closely cooperate with the internal sales department, which supports you on a daily basis
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Enthusiasm for field sales and an interest in technical products
  • Experience with in a customer service environment (in person or by telephone) is a plus - any previous B2B or B2C sales experience is not essential for the role but is an advantage
  • You are structured, communicative and hard‑working and are interested in building a professional career within a sales environment
  • Full valid UK driving licence

    basic salary plus £3k Car allowance
    , with an uncapped commission scheme; realistic OTE between £35k to £45k per year. There will be a guaranteed monthly commission for the first 12 months.
