Sales Advisor

OTE £45,000 – £60,000

You’ll be converting warm leads and referrals into bookings for property surveys and valuations. Using our dialler system, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services, provide pricing, and close sales.

• Base salary of £24,400 plus uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k)

• 1–2 years in sales or customer service
• Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
• Target-driven with CRM experience
• Organised, persuasive, and proactive
• Experience in property/surveying is a bonus – full training provided
