SDR / Sales Executive – Prop Tech / Connectivity Manchester :

We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing technology business operating at the intersection of C
onnectivity, Network Infrastructure and the commercial property environment
.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious SDR / Sales Executive to join a high-growth organisation where you’ll have real exposure to senior stakeholders, complex deals, and a clear progression path into a broader Business Development role.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in driving new business by:
- Identifying and researching target clients and markets
- Generating outbound leads via email, Linked In, phone and networking
- Qualifying inbound enquiries and booking discovery meetings
- Working closely with senior sales and delivery teams to convert opportunities
- Managing CRM activity and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Building long-term relationships with prospective clients
- 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR /
BDR or sales-focused role - Experience selling Connectivity, Broadband, LAN/WAN, Managed Services ideal!
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
- Commercially minded, target-driven and well organised
- An interest in technology, infrastructure, Prop Tech or digital services
- Experience in ISP / MSP / Prop Tech environments is highly desirable
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (double OTE)
- Clear progression into a full Business Development / Account role
- Exposure to cutting-edge projects and major commercial environments
- Supportive, collaborative team with strong leadership
