The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of your customer accounts — developing annual business plans, driving distribution, securing planogram space, delivering profit targets and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll also act as the primary customer contact, ensuring our brands are well-represented, well-supported and consistently growing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales & profit targets across Convenience and Travel
  • Create and implement account-specific business plans
  • Increase distribution and visibility of key brand SKUs
  • Win new business and expand existing accounts
  • Plan and deliver profitable promotional activities
  • Build strong relationships across external and internal teams including Commercial, Finance, Marketing & Supply Chain
The Ideal Candidate
  • Tenacious – driven to win new business and push for results
  • Influential – able to negotiate, persuade and confidently lead customer conversations
  • Relationship-focused – great listener, strong collaborator, emotionally intelligent
  • Highly organised – able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experienced in FMCG account management – strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving
