As we continue to grow our UK market, we are seeking driven, results-oriented sales professionals to join us on a commission-only basis.

• Estimated OTE: £30,000+ per annum
• Uncapped commission – earn significantly more based on performance

• Work with company-provided and self-generated leads to engage potential investors
• Promote premium international property investment opportunities
• Conduct property presentations, one-to-one consultations, and seminars
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and agents
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Represent Sheng Tai International professionally at events and networking sessions

• Highly sales-driven with a strong desire to succeed financially
• Confident, outgoing, and persuasive communicator
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-led role

• Experience in property sales, investment sales, or financial products
• Existing investor, agent, or professional network
• Background in commission-based or target-driven environments
