The Role:
As a New Car Sales Consultant , you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle lease.
Your role will involve:
Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs. Providing expert advice on our extensive range of lease options and vehicle choices. Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity. Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets – and being rewarded for your success! Who Are We Looking For? We want go-getters , deal-closers , and customer champions . If you have the following skills and attributes, we’d love to hear from you:
Proven experience in sales , preferably in car leasing, automotive, or finance (but not essential – we hire attitude as much as experience!). A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. A competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results. Confidence using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process. A team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
A genuine passion for cars and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday:
One Saturday per month, 9:00am – 3:00pm When a Saturday is worked, you’ll receive a day off during the week in lieu. Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
