Location: Salford

Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Salford Quays team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, promoting our client’s services and generating appointments for their Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our client’s services and generate interest.

* Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and interactions within the CRM system.

* Assess client needs and tailor your approach to maximise engagement.

* Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

* Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to support continuous improvement.

* Meet and exceed daily activity and appointment-setting targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Experience &

Skills:

* Previous experience in B2B sales, an SDR role, or telemarketing is preferred but not essential.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* An analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and adapt your approach accordingly.

* Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop within a sales career.

What Our Client Offers:

* Competitive base salary of £30,000–£32,000 per year.

* Generous uncapped commission structure, with on-target earnings between £12,000–£18,000 per year.

* Significant earning potential for top performers (the highest earner last year achieved over £130,000 in commission).
