This is a hands‑on, proactive role supporting the hotel’s sales activity, working closely with the Business Development Director and wider hotel teams to drive revenue and deliver great guest experiences.

• Support proactive sales initiatives across key market segments
• Assist with handling enquiries, proposals and follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate records, systems and sales activity tracking
• Support and manage the hotel’s social media channels, creating engaging content that promotes the hotel, drives awareness and supports sales activity

• Build positive relationships with clients, agents and partners
• Deliver a responsive, solutions‑focused approach to enquiries
• Represent the hotel professionally at all times

• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support revenue targets
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Develop your sales, marketing and hospitality knowledge on the job

• An interest in sales, marketing and the hospitality industry
• A positive, proactive and well‑organised approach
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confidence working with IT systems and platforms
• A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership
