Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager - Freight Forwarding
 
* Develop new business opportunities across air, sea, road, and courier services
 
* Generate leads and secure new accounts through telesales and face-to-face engagement
 
* Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively with clients
 
* Consistently achieve revenue and gross profit targets
 
* Provide accurate, cost effective quotations and exceptional customer service
 
* Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure compliance with deadlines
