- Salary - £32,000 OTE uncapped £65,000 +
Start date - ASAP
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 18:00pm

About the Role
We're expanding our New Business team and are looking for highly motivated, resilient, results driven sales professionals. This is a warm lead role, speaking daily with contractors who have already been referred and are expecting your call. If you thrive in a fast paced sales environment and converting high quality enquiries into customers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Warm Lead Conversion (Core Focus)

* Handle high quality warm referrals per day and converting them

* Deliver engaging and compliant initial consultations to contractors starting new contracts.
Sales Performance & Follow Up

* Sell confidently against competitor

* Make follow up calls to undecided prospects; handle objections effectively.

* Support team targets, picking up colleagues' leads when they're on calls.
Customer Experience & Service

* Provide clear, concise explanations of services over phone and email.

* Assist customers in completing online joining forms.
