A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Manager to join a growing sales team, supporting customers through their car finance journey while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Account Manager to join a newly formed direct sales team within a growing financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in car finance while building on existing sales or account management experience.

As a Customer Account Manager you will engage with customers who have already applied online, guiding them through the finance process and providing a personalised service from enquiry to completion. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point into the motor finance sector.

Duties
  • Managing Customer Accounts:
    Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
  • Following Sales Processes:
    Adhering to structured sales journeys and internal procedures
  • Building Customer Relationships:
    Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication throughout the process
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
    Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Upselling Products:
    Identifying opportunities to promote additional finance products and services
  • Updating Systems:
    Accurately recording customer information and progress on CRM systems
  • Providing Product Information:
    Clearly explaining finance options and answering customer queries
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or a customer-focused role
  • Proven experience of working to and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first approach with a focus on service quality
  • Experience following structured sales processes or customer journeys
  • Confidence in upselling and promoting additional products
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
