Salary: £30,000–£35,000 basic | £8,000 OTE Year 1 | Up to £15,000 commission Year 2

A fast-growing, highly respected digital marketing agency is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its expanding sales team. This is a new business, B2B sales role, focused on generating high-quality opportunities for the Business Development Manager team, with a clear progression route into a BDM role within 12-24 months.

• Outbound B2B prospecting via phone, email and Linked In
• Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for BDMs
• Building professional, consultative conversations
• Supporting pipeline growth and sales activity

• £30k-£35k basic salary
• £8k OTE in Year 1
• Up to £15k commission in Year 2
• Hybrid working (South Manchester)

• You must have B2B sales experience (sector flexible)
• Confident, professional communicator
• Ambitious and career-driven
• Digital marketing experience is a bonus, not essential

• Clear progression into a BDM role with a OTE of £65k-£85k
