Looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Looking for a Sales Order Processor to join a dynamic internal sales team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order management while supporting our valued customers and account teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process sales orders and manage the order book from start to finish.
• Coordinate with purchasing to confirm and communicate delivery dates to customers.
• Ensure order specifications and pricing are correct and proactively monitor delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare and issue quotations and sales forecasts.
• Track sales performance against budget and support the creation of sales budgets and projections.
• Follow up on annual contract and account visit actions, including pricing, logistics, and special projects.
• Manage sample requests, ensuring stock availability and timely responses.
• Process and resolve customer complaints, tracking outcomes to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical data and certification documents to customers as needed.
• Advise customers on Incoterms and export documentation such as EUR-1.
• Report directly to the Supervisor of Internal Sales and work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Great communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in sales order processing or a similar customer support role is a plus
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment

Salary £30,000 plus bonus
