Overview
Based from home and working within the fast-growing Bau Watch UK sales team, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on Regional Sales within the North-West. You will be targeted to manage and grow both new and existing business.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales within your specific region and will work closely as a key part of the Central based Sales Team. This will include identifying, negotiating and closing contracts with the aim of maximizing market and sector penetration. You will work as part of a team to support peers and assist during times of illness and holiday.
A primary focus on construction, you will prospect both at office and site levels and target a range of built infrastructure and non-building assets. You will deliver our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative.
- Prepare and deliver customer or market-based business plans to maximize revenue growth within a defined geography (North-West).
- Support other regional salespersons with leads and conversions in their territories and work collaboratively to achieve national targets.
- Research relevant markets and customers using internal and external resources to maximize opportunities.
- Create and record new sales opportunities through targeted approaches, generating additional revenue channels for the business.
- Promote the Bau Watch brand, core values and mission statement.
- Grow the Bau Watch value proposition in the UK and establish the company as a market leader within the industry.
- Fully comply with all health and safety requirements, including use of correct PPE at all times.
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our sales team and are looking for a Sales Manager to cover the North-West. This is a key leadership role where you will:
- Build and lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to grow market share within the territory.
- Win, maintain, and grow both new and existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with strategic accounts to maximise coverage of site opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding account management and customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
- Work closely with Tele Sales and Marketing to implement and execute the sales strategy.
- Drive daily activity to meet lead generation, revenue, and margin goals.
- Clear development path toward senior sales or key account management roles.
- Join a recognized brand in the hire industry with ambitious growth plans and strong operational backing.
- Tools and support needed to succeed: mobile, laptop, CRM access, and full training provided.
- Salary £40,000-£45,000 per annum, experience dependent.
