As an Inside Sales Executive
, you’ll work with existing Citation clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend the right mix of services to support their growth.

This is a consultative, relationship‑led sales role
, focused on cross‑selling and upselling
. Your success will come from strengthening relationships, increasing account value, and helping clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with existing clients to identify current and future needs
  • Cross‑sell and upsell relevant Citation services and solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales conversations and confidently handle objections
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What You Bring:
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence in consultative selling and objection handling
  • A resilient, target‑driven, and client‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
