The role is remote-first, with occasional travel to our Manchester office for team collaboration.

The Role

This is a B2B sales development and operations role sitting at the centre of our commercial team. You’ll help identify and engage large UK organisations, support the sales process, and ensure our sales operations run smoothly as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants exposure to B2B sales, operations, and a high-growth technology business. You’ll learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and work closely with experienced leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Researching and identifying large UK businesses with significant energy usage
  • Reaching out to potential customers and starting professional B2B conversations
  • Qualifying interest and supporting opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Keeping CRM systems and sales data accurate and up to date
  • Supporting sales and operational processes as the business grows
  • Working closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams
