A fast-growing Food Manufacturer based in Manchester is looking for a Retail National Account Manager to join their ambitious commercial team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. With a diverse product range and customers across retail, food service, and manufacturing

You’ll own and grow key retail accounts, building strong commercial partnerships while driving profitable growth. This is a hands‑on, strategic role where you’ll manage customer P&Ls, develop joint business plans, and lead high‑performing account support.
What You’ll Do- Win and grow key retail accounts through proactive selling
- Build senior-level customer relationships and joint business plans
- Own account P&Ls, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Identify new product and growth opportunities
- Lead, develop, and motivate account support teams
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to deliver results
- Proven B2B sales success in FMCG or food
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Leadership mindset with a hands‑on approach
- Solid IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
