• Competitive salary with an OTE £40,000
• Pension scheme
• 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 with service, plus bank holidays

• Conducting over 30 outbound calls daily to potential clients
• Performing market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with the Managing Director to develop strategies for business growth
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client information
• Managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships

• Proven experience in making high-volume outbound calls
• Critical thinking and researching companies
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Experience in sales development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role would suit someone who has worked within the Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management keg or Hire health industries, or within similar sectors.
