The Role
This position is at the heart of our sales process. Youll be the first point of contact for new prospects qualifying inbound enquiries and proactively reaching out to potential leads to assess their needs. By understanding customer requirements, youll help identify genuine opportunities and pass them through to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
