Hybrid (Remote 4 days / 1 day in Manchester)

• £27,000 – £30,000 base salary (depending on fit)
• Performance‑based bonus on top of base pay
• Hybrid working: 4 days remote, 1 day in Manchester

• Using data and insights to identify and target new opportunities
• Carrying out outbound outreach through phone calls, Linked In, and email
• Experimenting with messaging and approaches to see what works best
• Working closely with the team to hit targets and celebrate wins together
• Attending a weekly in‑person collaboration day in Manchester to brainstorm, train, and build strong team relationships

• Someone based in or near Manchester (weekly meet‑ups are essential)
• A mix of analytical thinking and people skills
• Confidence speaking to new people and building rapport
• Comfortable using tools like Linked In and CRM systems (or keen to learn)
• Motivated by targets, growth, and performance bonuses
